Cold & Frosty

I went out early today as I have lots to do today, and I'm going to see Andre Rieu at Leeds Arena this evening; we went last December and enjoyed it so much that my daughter re-booked immediately.

I couldn't decide when I went out this morning, whether to go to the nature reserve or this lake, and I chose the lake simply because it's only a short drive. As you can see it was very cold and the lake is completely frozen over, with no sight of the usual water fowl that are often there.

I took lots of pics as per usual but I like this because of the starburst - hope you do too. :-))

Thank you to everyone who congratulated me on my 200th blip yesterday - I feel like a real blipper now.
