Linton Christmas Market

A repeat of a successful event last year, was even more successful this year. The Linton Christmas market has been organised by Gemma who opened the Linton Kitchen in April 2013 and is already winning awards.

Here are the 'Ding Dong Belles', consisting of parents and children from the village - who had to sing on the pavement as the market was bursting with people. It was very lovely, great atmosphere and brought lots of the village together.

The only downside was impatient car drivers squeezing past the people who had spilled into the road. I don't know how easy it would be to get the road closed, but I think it would be worth a try for next time. Another chance to hear the choir and plenty more at the 'Musical Selection Box' At Mary's Church, 4pm tomorrow. Here are a few more photos I took and others from fellow blippers.
