What is it??

A curious item we found amongst Mt Tbay's fathers bits and bobs. We think we know what it is but any ideas would be interesting to see if we are correct!!

Today was spent sorting out the unwanted items from Mr Tbay's Mums downsizing . We took a horse box to retrieve items which was just as well as we pretty much filled it! Brought lots of little treasures home with us. Some for us and some for the children. Much sorting out to do.
