Ghosts of Liege

It was really raining this morning when we awoke in Liege and since no shops were open at 8 AM to purchase an umbrella, parking was only free until 8 AM and we couldn't figure out how to work the parking voucher machine, this was pretty much how we saw the city. Also I'm fairly certain I'm officially too old for Youth Hostels.
