"High Stile is a mountain in the western part of the Lake District in Northwest England. It is the eleventh highest English Marilyn, standing 807 metres" Wikipedia
My first 'proper' heavy hike with my camera gear. For this picture to be made meant me climbing uphill for over 2 hours with just under 15 kg of gear in my rucksack. I had a rough idea of what to expect when reaching the summit as I had seen an image taken by another photography from around the same location. Though it was not my intention to 'copy' another photographers image but merely to gauge a better understanding of the environment to that I can compose something unique to my own tastes.
