Put Me Back Where You Found Me

It rained all night and continued through the morning. I waited until the rain had almost stopped before taking the dogs up the hill. I didn't take my camera, and felt strange without the weight of the pack on my back.

When we returned home, I saw what I thought was a dog deposit on the lawn. Closer inspection revealed this cute little salamander. He didn't seem to mind being posed on a rock for my blip.

I'm beginning to think that some magic blip power creates photo opportunities for the uninspired.
