Fish and a Ferry

I'm staying at my son's house in Shoreline for a few days while he recuperates after surgery. Today we ran a couple of errands and went for a stroll along the waterfront in Edmonds.

The Spokane is one of 28 vessels in the Washington State Ferries fleet. This ferry system is the largest in the United States, and the third largest in the world.

Watching the ferries always brings back happy memories of trips beginning and ending with a ferry ride.
