THE LETTER BOX TO .........

I've walked past this for nigh on fifteen years and it still intrigues me. I imagine an ancient recluse sitting in an armchair the other side of the letter box just waiting for the postman. Or worse - that they've been walled in!

I've never had the courage to actually poke the flap and peep in, and now my imagination has advanced the recluse to a skeleton, I don't think I will be!
