Often on a Sunday, Christine and I go shopping at our local Morrisons Supermarket, after lunch in their cafe. This Sunday, before we even got to the cafe, I came upon this children's charity worker. I'm still not sure what he or she was meant to be, but the kids loved it.

Christine had a chicken lunch (first time they had any left in 3 weeks). I had lamb shank - lovely! But then while shopping, I had a phone call from my brother Rodney. My sister-in-law, Wendy had had a stroke and was in hospital. The shopping went all to pot after that.
