Reflected Light

There have been some good glass building reflections on the Blip lately that inspired me to look for a reflected light image myself.

This is downtown Anchorage, a typical US city on the edge of Alaska. I'm just running errands today and caught some light this afternoon.

The golden building is the local headquarters for Conoco Philips Petroleum Company. As you know, oil is a big deal here in Alaska, then comes fishing, tourism, and the military. The gold is mostly gone, except there in the Conoco Philips building, black gold.


I am going to go downtown again this evening for some dinner, drink and dark light, so this may have to change, or maybe after a couple of margaritas it will be just fine.
