Haliaeetus pelagicus pelagicus

Saw this attacking the mallards along the Water of Leith today!!!



Ha ha, gotcha! April Fool! (OK, I know no-one would be fooled for a second!)
Went to the zoo today with parsfan, Mrs Him and Wee Stan.
Actually Edinburgh zoo is not too great for photography, as most animals are behind smeary glass or quite fine wire mesh. It was a nice day out, sunny but cold, and not too many schoolkids.
Hopefully some wildlife in the wild in a couple of days....
