Spring cleaning!

Just a candid snap today - came into the front room and found husband actually hoovering the blinds!! Definitely thorough spring cleaning in progress!!

One of the kids' aunties came to visit today and she entertained the children while us parents gave the house a thorough going over - much needed I can tell you! So not a very exciting day but a satisfying one nonetheless.

We've decided to decorate both kids rooms, so sent husband out to the Dulux Decorator Centre to get some paint mixed in shades of vivid purple, pink, blue and aqua - but they'd sold out of the paint base - everyone else obviously has the same idea over the Easter weekend! Husband only came back with one colour - I suppose it's a start!!
