...no, it's not Superman, it's a cabbage. Yes, a cabbage. The opening day of the Bellingham Farmers Market season is traditionally marked by a cabbage toss from the Mayor to one of the vendors. The cabbage was actually tossed several more times today for the benefit of the children attending. In this blip the cabbage tosser is Mike Finger, a a local farmer and one of the founding members of the market.
