My sister made a delicious baked ravioli recipe last night, which I also had for a late lunch this afternoon. I've stood by this for the last couple years, and I continue to: powdered, pre-grated parmesean cheese is absolutely nothing compared to real parmesean (in brick form).

I have a 5-day weekend, a reflection paper that requires some attention, and a strong desire to get out of the house. I'm told my Friday plans include friends, beer, and board games.. no complaints there.
