Keeping an eye on his parking space

It appears that the windows of Southsea have become a project for the start of my Blip life.
We were out walking back from getting coffe on the beach and saw this little chap watching us coming up the street. Well his head cone and the sign seemed to be a funny fit so thought it was worth a snap.
I actually had my camera with me for this shot so have already strayed from making this an Iphone project but will still try and usually use it to make it a project on the move.
