A time for everything

Spent at least half the day at church today - in addition to our usual singing in the choir at 1st and 3rd services, followed by Joyful Noise handbell choir practice until about 12.45, our church was hosting a concert this afternoon in support of Habitat for Humanity, featuring various musical ensembles from the various churches of the Eastside Coalition, including our chancel choir. The Chancel Bells were also supposed to be playing, but unfortunately they had too many people unable to make it. So we just had time to get home and have some lunch and some coffee, then get back to church for a practice before the concert. Unfortunately the concert wasn't very well attended - there can't have been that many people there besides the different musical ensembles. There was a punch and cookie reception afterwards, then Roger and I went biking on the Little Miami Trail. The Little Miami trail is a converted railway line, and this old railway bridge carries the trail over the river in Morrow.
