Asparagus Berries 2

A few days ago I blipped a water drop on an asparagus berry. As many people said they didn't know that asparagus has berries I thought I'd show them again, this time without the distortion of the water. These are the same two berries. They are very ripe now and will soon begin to decay.

It takes at least four years from seed to edible plants. I'll put the seeds in the flower garden, where the plants will look good among the flowers, and maybe one day there will be spears big enough to eat.
