Leaving Kökar

When we (Joel and I) woke up this moring on Kökar there was a thick fog hanging over the island. After we'd had breakfast and packed our car we noticed that there was half an hour extra time before we had to leave for the ferry harbor.

So we drove to the alder woods and we also went to the sea shore to look at the fog. The atmosphere was very strange, the sea was ever so calm and we could not see the horizon at all.

We were right on time at the ferry harbor. The two and a half hour trip on the ferry went very quickly because we were most of the time photographing on the deck.

After traveling almost eight hours, with three ferries and driving we are back home, Joel in Helsinki and I'm in Espoo. I said to Timo that it is quite interesting how you can move in one day from one world to a completely different.
