Whole Gold Band Snapper Baked In Salt

Turn oven on to 185 oc. Take fish scale and gut .Put 1 kg rock salt and 1 kg of cooking salt .You can add ginger ,garlic ,star anise etc what ever you like .Add enough water to make a wet but thick paste..
Put half of salt on oven tray followed by fish (tuck belly flap in so no salt gets in ) then rest of salt mix.
Whack in oven for 45 ish minutes take out oven show amazed gusts and enjoy.
I used 6 lb snapper.
