The rain in Spain falls mainly on Soller!

After a period of beautiful weather and high temperatures, we were given a little respite today...this is the view from my bedroom window early this morning. The valley is surrounded by mountains and the only way out is a long tunnel or a trip up the mountain road! Soller is in a little world of it's own, it has it's own electricity supply, which is annoyingly more expensive than the rest of the island and it's own way of doing most things! It takes time to get used to their quirky ways but waking up to views like this every day makes it all worthwhile...don't ya reckon Sollergirl?!
