Laptop

Probably just over a week after ordering, the new laptop arrived. A Dell as you will see. A pretty good Dell in fact. I did the typical "analyse every machine on the market and calculate pros/cons via spreadsheet" and came up with a high end Sony Vaio, or a Dell Studio. The Studio won. Smaller display, but better graphics card, larger faster hard drive, way longer (claimed) battery life, and a few other less important details. And yes, bright green!

So far so good.

Super busy day at work, working on a major proposal due by Friday that I have doubts we can win (but we'll try anyway) and am off to Auckland tomorrow to continue my presenting series. Back late Friday, might be blipping between now and then.
