Tree--Straight Up

This is a large tree near us in Northampton Mass. Probably a maple--I didn't stop to check it out since I was not expecting it to become a blip. It's a panorama, merged from two horizontal shots with the photomerge command in Photoshop.

I love trees. We're in town, so for a clear capture one often has to shoot high.
