Last Minute

Oh dear, I appear to be in the bath, it must be a last ditch attempt for a Blip!

So today I have been in a rather good, but hyper mood, I sat all day at work just hoping the clock would tick around to 4pm so I could go home and get ready for my first time trial. I knew it wasn't going to be a quick ride, plus it was rather windy which doesn't help, it felt like I was riding through treacle on the outward leg, I returned and was even more disappointed than I thought I would be.

29:31, 29 minutes and 31 seconds!! I'm some 3 minutes down on what I was able to do last year, I need to do something about this and quickly!
