La vida de Annie

El Dique

I've blipped this shop front before, but couldn't pass up the chance of a shot of Enya titled thus. Dreadful storm last night, the worst for decades apparently, and quite a bit of roof damage to the local buildings, although our apartment seems to be ok. Fallen trees and huge branches all over the roads though, as we saw when we drove to Mahon to run some errands: see my solicitor to pay annual taxes, visit the tattoo artist (still closed so may give up on that idea for now), post a letter containing a requested Spanish stamp to Shakesmyteeth, eat yummy crepes and consume industrial quantities of locally handmade icecream. It's a tough job but someone has to do it.
