Women's 10k Glasgow

No I didn't take part - I'm doing the Great Scottish run in Sept - but I did go down to the 5k mark to cheer folk on.

At approx 10:18 the first runners passed me then 4 mins later the first of my friends passed by!!! I was there for over an hour watching all shapes & sizes of women pass by running, walking & even with their baby in a pram!

It was so emotional to watch and I'm not embarassed to say I shed a tear or two as I clapped and cheered them. Whether they did it for themselves, charity or in memory of a loved one they're all winners in my eyes.
