To Let....

One home built chicken coop and secure run. Featuring a sloping roof, two roosting bars, and three nest boxes. The chicken coop is made from outdoor ply and treated with animal safe waterproof stain (Harvest Gold) and measures 4 x 3 x 3 feet. The nest boxes situated to the back of the coop are generously sized and allow for easy entry and exit. The roosting bars are wide enough for hens feet and are chamfered on the edges so there no sharp bits. The floor will have a deep layer of dust free wood shavings on your arrival and a choice of shavings or straw for the nest boxes.

The outdoor run is reached by a nice pop hole and ramp with grips so you don't hurt your feet. The run is 8 x8 feet and secured by bolts. It is made from treated pine and quality avairy wire. Also provided will be feeding and drinking stations within the run.

As an added bonus there is a huge garden available should you wish to roam around and eat a few slugs and bugs.

This chicken coop and run is best suited to 6 Light Sussex, large fowl, who are preferably almost ready to lay some eggs. Provision of a plentiful supply of eggs is all that is required to secure this new home for yourselves.
