Amongst other things today I forgot my sister's birthday despite several alarms, automated emails and reminders and left a marvellous piece of Monkfish from the Thursday market in the fridge at work. I made amends for the monkfish by buying some from Sainsbury's so we could still have monkfish and chorizo paella for tea but I feel I will be making amends for the birthday for much longer.
