Call Me Old Fashioned...

I know it's basically a glass of Whiskey but when you call it an 'Old Fashioned' it sounds less boozy. A couple of shots of Rye, a dash of bitters and a soupcon of sugar syrup all stirred slowly with heaps of ice. A very nice way to finish off a Friday evening. Though sitting with bottles of whiskey, bitters and sugar syrup next to a big bucket of ice was rather decadent and led to me having one too many.

Feedback from clients came in for my first big project and it's going to be a busy week next week, possbly running into the week after, but it will be interesting work rather than some of the dross I've had recently.
