Hong Kong: Lamma Island

Friend P of P&E and I met up with The Goose and his fiance in Hong Kong where they had had a "ladies night the night before".

None of us had been to Lamma Island, a 30 or so minute boat ride away from Central Hong Kong, so we decided to make the trip.

It was such a beautiful place, with a very laid-back attitude. We found lots of organic places to eat, but we were full from earlier. Also, the island is known for its abundance of seafood eateries.

Instead of eating (I know, GASP!) we decided to take a hike from one side of the island to the other. The hike took about an hour and gave us breathtaking views of the waters and hills.

The island had a great beach where plenty of grills were set up for people to picnic on the beach.
