Mowing

I returned to a favorite blip spot that had recently become overgrown and noticed that all of a sudden there was a nice set of mowed paths. I was curious about who did it and why. My walk took me down the paths and as I walked, I ran into this. It explains the mowed paths, but still made me wonder why the person did it. Was it part of regular maintenance? A donation? I have no idea, but was very happy that he/she did it.
