Skip Raiding

The pile of top soil deposited in our garden following the patio being laid is now in a 6 yard skip, along with a collection of rubbish. Fortunately the weather today varied between cool and wet, with a brief period of very wet. During a drier period of the morning I spotted a pair of skip raiders helping themselves to whatever they could find.

A couple of weeks ago, I helped my Mum throw some of the larger and heavier items into her skip. The largest and heaviest of these was an old gas fire that Dad had hoarded years ago. Parts of it were broken, but that didn't stop it disappearing one day she was out. Not that she minded of course, but the skip wasn't particularly near the road!

Back to these two pictured, I don't think they'll be giving us much trouble, well not with the contents of this skip anyway.
