No, nothing to do with the dodgy 1990 Mickey Rourke film ...

It's one thing enjoying being off my feet without need or obligation to run, but when that ends up as a housebound Saturday on a grey, rainy, May afternoon, it's taking putting my feet up a bit far. So, when my mother suggested a walk during a rare break in the dreary weather, I jumped at the chance and grabbed my camera.

Above is a wild orchid, standing solitary and unaccompanied in a field just off the public footpath on Crickley Hill.
