the light

i am:
tired
sore
sick
busy
stressed
nervous
worried
scared
scared
scared

tomorrow i am starting an internship of sorts. i am an early childhood education major and starting tomorrow, i am going to be in an elementary school all day. i will be doing this every tuesday and every thursday for the entire school year. i know i am going to learn a lot, but i'm also going to have to pick up a lot of responsibility and i'm not sure i'm ready to take part in the molding of young minds yet. i don't feel ready. i'm nervous as hell.

i'm an anxious person to begin with, so this scares the crap out of me. not to mention it has made me realize how close i am to graduating and being responsible for my very own classroom. i'm not ready. i'll never be ready.

so.... scared i'll be.
