Jarvis rule number two:
The Jarvis drinks beer from the country he is in whilst on Jarvis operations, and preferably beer from the city he is in. This rule is of course superseded by Jarvis rule zero, which says that Jarvises don't follow rules, so other factors such as price and quality can lead to him choosing a beer from elsewhere.
