Ok, so the neverending question....what to make for supper? For the most part I'm really sick of that question. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy cooking, just not after working all day.
So tonight after work I decide that I really want a Caesar Salad for dinner and to make it more dinner like I grill some chicken. The other night John made up a bottle of Emeril's Essence, so I threw some of that on the chicken to "kick it up a notch" as Emeril would say. Then I realized we had no croutons so I made some of those too....with a bit more essence on top.

So much for my simple little salad....but boy was it gooood!!
