An Overcast Day

It is overcast for the last couple of days with lots of cloud cover above the city. But it did not rain a bit yesterday or today. I think these are some serious signs of monsoons coming closer. I am loving this pleasant weather every bit.

As such the day was quite ordinary on the work front. But couple of things clearly stood out.

#1. The math (geometry) problem given by farsidehues. Apparently the problem looked so simple to start with. But as I tried recollecting my math basics and started digging through the solution, it became tougher and tougher. I worked on the problem for almost an hour after the lunch but still could not arrive at the right solution. No, am not giving up! Will try to solve it tonight if possible :)

#2. Evening snacks and walk with photoframes. The hot apple pie with hot coffee never tasted better! We have a new coffee day vending machine here in the office bakery. The coffee with hot pie was such an awesome combination for this lovely weather.

Followed by snacks, we had a lovely walk around the Campus, enjoying the gentle breeze and watching the golden dusk light disappearing behind the buildings. Later we both had to literally make up our minds to get inside and start working again .. oh those lovely breeze :)
