little groundhog

This was a baby groundhog (I think) that I saw on a quiet road up north today. He/she was right behind its mother, but the mother ran into their little hole in the ground. We stopped the car to make sure it wouldn't dart across the road, which gave me ample time to pull out my P&S and get a snap of him/her. It was as if it was posing for us.. how cute!
