The Hissing of Summer Gardens *

As you might be able to tell from some of my other photos I like my garden. This year I have finished extending an automated watering system which I began last year (it only did the greenhouse and hanging baskets).

Now, every day at three minutes past eight, it kicks into life and various drippers drip and sprinklers sprinkle, putting water exactly where it is needed. It has reduced my water bill considerably.
