Findlay

Visited Brownsea Island today. Bit of a pilgrimage for me as I'm a Guider and it's the birth place of Scouting (and Guiding!) Brownsea Island is also a nature reserve and home to red squirrels. We were lucky enough to see a red squirrel with its summer blonde tail (beautifully coiffured!)

Oh, so to my blip. This is Findlay. He belongs to some friends who live in the New Forest who we stayed with for the night. Haven't seen them for ages so it was nice to catch up - seem to have done that quite a bit this week. I'm not really a dog person but Findlay and his mate Florence insisted on climbing all over me and sitting on me!
