What about my image rights?

Had hoped to get out this afternoon but it was too wet. Thomas jumped over the garden gate this morning for a visit and I managed to catch him looking at the camera for a change - normally he darts into the nearest corner or runs away. The black mark on his face is from chasing spiders in the shed. I think he looks a bit outraged at having his photo taken.
