Joking aside Sarah and Adam popped out to get the lid for their car. It's a Honda S2000 and Adam left the roof in our garage a few weeks back on a really hot day when he was driving to Inverness. We've been tempted to fire it on ebay ever since but they came and got it back today.

I'm still feeling grim but had to head up to Taekwon Do today as I'm grading on Saturday and had to do the theory bit this evening. I did fine apart from a really silly mental block when it came to the Korean name for the ball of the foot. Got there in the end though.
