The sleepdog

This is our sheepdog, napping in the afternoon sun, with her tongue out. She's a Border Collie by breed, but she isn't much good with the sheep. We got her from a rescue kennel in Manchester before we came to the farm and started trying to be farmers. She has instincts, and the sheep respond to her, we just can't send her out to round them up like you see the properly trained ones do. With me and her behind the sheep, we just about manage to get them where we want them though.
