I don't know how interested you are about how your food is produced or where it comes from?

Well these salad leaves have gone from this organic lettuces to the picture you see here in 15 days.

They have been produced totally naturally ... no artificial chemical herbicides, fungicides, aphicides or pesticides ... no artificial fertilizers either ... just home grown compost!

Anyway just thought this might be some food for thought over the weekend !
