prettiness

i'm probly not the first person you'd associate with flowery pretty things (ok, you might from my blips, but not if you met me without seeing those). and yet i do like a little something to break up the stylish and soothing but not terribly exciting green that most of the world's leaves are. yes there are hostas, yes there is a cordyline and yes there is indeed a dark-leafed heuchera - but there is also a need for showy chrysanths, uber-showy lilies and this daisy-esque chap (or chapesse).

gazania, in case you're feeling the need to get down to dobbies and buy one :-) it likes the sun tho, only opens up when it's warm and bright - thank heavens i got the summer to go with the plant choice!

i've backblipped some stuff for the past couple of months - not every day, i've not been shooting as much, but a few things. what you really want to do is nip back over here and check out the cute birdies tho :-)

is this me back? maybe. ish. i'd like to be... let's leave it at i've caught up with my backlog and we'll see how it goes...
