The Falls....

in Bracebridge....such an old and familiar image for me.....it felt like such a mixture of emotions..... memories, missing old times and old ways.....and now, standing at a familiar sight, and looking forward from a place of complete happiness and contentment! This image seems to offer all sides and views of the past ..... turbulent, exciting, energized.... and very powerful. The past has a powerful hold on our psyches, and yet if it is woven into the present view of our life, it has a beauty and a power that still mystifies me.
