Answer is 8

(look closely you'll find the hidden ones) -> If you GIVE UP, Below is the answer
.
.
.

1. NE John Deshields Blvd (1) - Green Plate
2. Keep Right (1) - White Plate
3. Yield sign (2) - RED & WHITE Triangles
4. Pedestrian Crossing (3) - Fluorescent Plates
5. A flipped Pedestrian Crossing Sign (between two Pedestrian Crossing plates on right)

Actually there are TWO more hidden plates in the blip:

a. Another flipped "Pedestrian Crossing - Fluorescent plate" below the "Green Plate"; right to Roundabout Monument.

b. Glenbrook Ave (1) - Green Plate [Perpendicular to NE John Deshields Blvd, Green Plate]
.
.
but it's very hard to see in the blip (until u magnify it).. so I'll give a pass for that :)
