This lady stopped to capture the image on her mobile 'phone of this patriotic Bath taxi-cab stuck in what passes for the rush hour in Bath.

Perhaps she realised what a rare sight this might become, given England faces Germany in the 2010 World Cup on Sunday.

Or maybe she thought 'this will make a really good shot for my blipfoto page...'
