Chilled out. Laid back. [Croatia, Day 10]

This must qualify as the perfect holiday day. Basically, we did nothing. A late wakeup due to recovery from yesterday's over-indulgence led on to a few cups of coffee, glasses of orange juice and general laid-backnessness until midday. We went up the road then to a local tourist office which offers car rental and arranged for a hire car which we'll pick up bright and early tomorrow and have the use of for two days.

After that it was just a question of finding somewhere for a bit of lunch (did well there at the Riva restaurant which is highly recommended by The Rough Guide). It took a little while after that to get back home because place after place seemed to get in the way and we just had to stop to sample the local beer and watch the tourist world go by. Before we knew it the day was finishing (it had been quite hazy), the setting sun was working its nightly magic along the seafront, and it was time to buy a few cheap T-shirts and make our way back to our apartment for a quick freshen-up before heading back out again for our evening meal. Lunch had been good, and now our evening meal was good also.

Despite not being exactly active during the day, we were tired out whenb we got back home. This is just a quick blip moment before noddyland beckons. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
