All Sewn Up

Here is another example of Spanish mans skill with a ball of string. In England this wheelie bin would have been replaced the moment it broke, here it is mended with that all time favourate, string.

The most impressive thing about this bin is that it is emptied every day at about 7.00am (except Sundays). Our council tax (IBI) is only 100 euro a year and that includes our metered water. The refuse collection part of it is a big chunk at 48 euro a year! And they disinfect them once a week too. I think this is as impressive as the use of the string.
