In search of the perfect crema......

When another Blipper put up a photo of his new Presso coffee machine I had do some investigating.

No power, no pump, no nothing much but a very nifty thing nevertheless. So we decided to get one.

...and the result. Well so far so good. Good coffee but not great coffee but the signs are there. A bit light on the crema but it does make a pretty fantastic capachuno straight out of the box - if you see what I mean.

So we'll have to experiment with coffee types, grinds and tamping - well there nothing much on the telly in the summer anyway.
